General Terms

We are committed to delivering high-quality services in web development, digital marketing, data analytics, and educational workshops. Our return and refund policy is designed to protect the interests of our clients while ensuring compliance with Indian financial norms.

Web Development Services
An advance payment is required before starting any web development project, which is non-refundable and covers initial consultations, project planning, and resource allocation. Refunds will not be provided for completed milestones, and while clients may choose to terminate a project, they will be billed proportionally for the work completed up to that point. In the event of cancellation after work has commenced, no refunds will be issued for payments made. However, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed within five working days, subject to a formal request, with any approved refund processed within 2 to 3 days.

Digital Marketing Services
Digital marketing campaign setup fees are non-refundable, as they cover the strategic planning and setup process. Clients may cancel ongoing digital marketing services with 30 days' written notice, but payments for services rendered during the notice period are non-refundable. While we strive to deliver optimal results, refunds will not be issued based on campaign performance due to external factors beyond our control. However, in some cases, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed within five working days of cancellation, subject to a formal request. Any approved refund will be processed within 2 to 3 business days.

Data Analytics Services
Once data analytics services have commenced, refunds will not be provided for services already delivered. However, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed, and if approved, it will be credited back to the client within 2 to 3 working days. Any prepaid but unused portion of the services will also be refunded, with deductions for work already performed, and the approved refund will be credited back within the same 2 to 3 working days.

Educational Workshops
Workshop fees are non-refundable once paid. However, a partial refund may be considered based on the specific circumstances, and if approved, it will be credited back within 2 to 3 working days. If a participant is unable to attend, they may request to transfer their registration to another person or apply the fee toward a future workshop, subject to availability. In the event that Web Neural Infotech cancels a workshop, a full refund will be provided to all registered participants, with the refund credited back within 2 to 3 working days. No refunds will be issued for participants who do not attend a workshop without prior notice.

GST and Taxation
All refunds and financial transactions are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other relevant Indian tax regulations. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting GST and other applicable charges.

Dispute Resolution
If a client or participant is dissatisfied with any of our services or workshops, they are encouraged to contact us within 7 days of service delivery or workshop completion. We will review each case individually and work towards an amicable resolution, in line with Indian consumer protection laws.
